1️⃣ Are your items official?

YES
All items sold are official K-pop merchandise/albums purchased from trusted stores such as Weverse, Ktown4u, Hello82, official pop-ups, etc.
(Unless stated otherwise for fanmade items.)

2️⃣ What is the difference between On-Hand and Preorder?

- On-Hand: Items are already in stock and ready to ship within 7 days
- Pre-order (PO): Items will be ordered based on the official site’s shipping schedule. Shipping will begin once items arrive in Malaysia and usually takes around 1–2 weeks after the official release date, depending on supplier and shipping conditions.

3️⃣ Do you allow cancellations or refunds?

❌ No cancellations / refunds / changes after payment is made.
Please confirm your order carefully before paying.

4️⃣ How long does shipping take?

Local shipping usually takes 1–3 working days after parcel is sent.
Delays caused by courier, customs, weather, or suppliers are beyond seller’s control.
