Shipping Policy

Our shipping fees are calculated based on your location within Malaysia:

West Malaysia: RM 8
East Malaysia: RM 16

Note: These are base rates. The final shipping fee may vary depending on the total weight of your order (especially for heavy items like seasons greetings or multiple albums). The exact total will be calculated at checkout.


1. Order Processing

All orders will be processed only after full payment has been successfully received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

For pre-order items, order processing begins only after the items have been released and received from the official supplier.


2. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using selected local courier services. The shipping method and courier used will be determined by the seller unless otherwise stated.

A tracking number will be provided once the parcel has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels using the provided tracking information.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Local shipping: Typically 1–3 working days after dispatch

  • Pre-order items: Estimated arrival is usually 1–2 weeks after the official release date, subject to supplier processing, international shipping, customs clearance, and local courier conditions

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Delays

The seller shall not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond the seller’s control.

No cancellations, refunds, or compensation will be provided due to shipping delays once the parcel has been dispatched.


5. Combined Shipping & Storage

Combined shipping is allowed only for items arriving within the same shipment batch. Customers must arrange shipment for previously arrived items before requesting combination with newly arrived items.

The seller reserves the right to refuse long-term storage requests. Items held at the customer’s request are stored at the customer’s own risk.


6. Packaging & Handling

All items are packed carefully using appropriate protective materials to minimize damage during transit. However, the seller cannot guarantee flawless condition of outer packaging due to handling during shipping.

The outer case or packaging is intended to protect the product. Minor scratches, dents, creases, or discoloration on album covers or merchandise packaging are not considered product defects and are not eligible for refund or exchange.


7. Responsibility After Dispatch

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier service, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. The seller is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels caused by the courier.

Assistance will be provided where possible to help customers follow up with the courier.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. The seller shall not be responsible for parcels delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Any redelivery or additional shipping fees incurred shall be borne by the customer.


9. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order with this store, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy.
