Refund policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made from this store are final. Once payment has been completed, cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges are strictly not permitted. Customers are advised to carefully review all order details before making payment.


2. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

Returns or refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

- Incorrect item(s) were sent by the seller

- Missing item(s) from the parcel

All cases are subject to verification and the seller’s final approval.


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

A clear, continuous unboxing video is strictly required for any return or refund request.

The unboxing video must:

- Show the parcel in its original sealed condition

- Clearly display the shipping label

- Capture the full unboxing process without cuts, edits, pauses, or camera changes

Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video will be automatically rejected.


4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Pre-order items

  • Random member or version items

  • Items with minor dents, scratches, creases, or discoloration on outer packaging

  • Manufacturing defects, printing imperfections, or color variations

  • Photocards and paper goods with minor flaws

  • Damage to album covers, sleeves, or outer boxes

  • Parcels damaged by courier handling

  • Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer

The outer case or packaging is intended to protect the product. Minor imperfections to outer packaging are not considered product defects.


5. Outer Packaging Disclaimer

The outer box, album cover, sleeve, or packaging is provided for protection purposes only. Slight scratches, dents, creases, or discoloration may occur during manufacturing or shipping and are not considered defects. Such conditions are not eligible for return or refund.


6. Claim Submission Period

All claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be entertained under any circumstances.


7. Refund or Replacement Process

If a claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, or

  • Replacement items will be provided subject to stock availability

The seller reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.


8. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs, if applicable, will be determined based on the nature of the issue. The seller is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by the seller.


9. Seller’s Rights

The seller reserves the right to reject any claim that does not comply with this policy or appears to be unreasonable, incomplete, or fraudulent. All decisions made by the seller regarding returns and refunds are final.
