This page outlines the policies, terms, and conditions applicable to all purchases made from this store. By placing an order, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all policies stated below.
1. Product Authenticity & Condition
All items sold are official K-pop merchandise and albums sourced from authorized or trusted suppliers, unless stated otherwise.
Please note that minor dents, scratches, printing marks, color variations, or manufacturing imperfections may occur and are considered normal. Photocards and paper goods are not guaranteed to be in flawless condition. Such issues are not eligible for refund or exchange.
2. Pre-Order Policy
Pre-order items are ordered based on the official site’s shipping schedule.
Estimated arrival time is usually 1–2 weeks after the official release date, subject to supplier processing, international shipping, customs clearance, and local courier conditions. Delays may occur and are beyond the seller’s control.
Once a pre-order has been placed and payment is made, cancellation, refund, or changes are strictly not allowed.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the stated currency and are fixed unless otherwise announced.
Full payment is required to secure an order. Unpaid orders may be cancelled and released without prior notice. Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.
4. Order Confirmation & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming all order details, including item, version, member selection (if applicable), quantity, name, address, and contact information before making payment.
The seller is not responsible for errors made by the customer. No changes can be made after order confirmation.
5. Shipping Policy
All items are packed carefully using appropriate protective materials. Shipping will be arranged only after full payment is received.
A tracking number will be provided once the parcel is dispatched. Delivery time may vary depending on courier service, destination, weather conditions, or customs clearance. The seller shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs authorities.
Combined Shipping & Storage
Combined shipping is allowed only for items arriving within the same batch. Customers are required to clear previously arrived items before combining with newly arrived items. The seller reserves the right not to hold parcels for an extended period unless prior arrangement has been made.
6. Refund, Exchange & Claim Policy
All sales are final. Strictly no cancellation, refund, or exchange is allowed after payment has been made.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for any claim regarding missing or damaged items, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:
1. Show the parcel in its original sealed condition
2. Clearly display the shipping label
3. Record the entire unboxing process without cuts, pauses, or edits
Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be entertained.
Outer Box Exclusion
The outer case is provided for protection purposes only. Minor scratches, dents, or discoloration may occur during manufacturing or shipping and are not considered defects.
Claim Timeframe
All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of parcel receipt. Late claims will not be accepted. Refunds or replacements, if applicable, are subject to stock availability and the seller’s final decision.
7. Privacy Policy
Customer information such as name, contact number, email address, and shipping address is collected solely for order processing, delivery, and customer support purposes.
Customer data will not be shared with third parties except payment gateways, courier services, or where required by law. All personal information is handled confidentially and securely.
8. Final Terms
The seller reserves the right to amend or update these policies at any time without prior notice. The seller’s decision in all matters related to orders, claims, and disputes shall be final.
