- Due to the nature of the paper material, minor creases or damage to the cover or inner sleeve are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except
for defects in the disc itself. - Even if the disc surface is uneven or warped, returns or exchanges are only accepted if there is an issue during playback.
- For colored vinyl, dye spots or color differences occurring during the manufacturing process are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- The actual color of colored vinyl may differ from the web image, and color variations may occur between albums during production. Returns or exchanges due to these reasons are not accepted.

* Notes on LP Playback
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for playback issues caused by integrated entry-level audio systems or players without tonearms or tracking force adjustment functions. Please play the disc on a device that allows for tonearm adjustment.
- If the disc center hole is too small or does not fit the spindle, filing down the hole on the disc will resolve the issue.
- If there is foreign matter on the cartridge needle, it may interfere with playback; please remove static electricity and dust before playing.
- The unique playback feel of LP products is not considered a defect.
Please check the RPM of the purchased product and play it on your device at the correct RPM.
